2. Architecture Drawing by Bahria Standards or Private Architect

3. Soil Test

4. Structure Drawing

5. M.E.P Drawing

6. Apply for NOC (Non-Objection Certificate) for Construction

7. Demarcation of plot

8. Barricading of plot

9. Manual Trenching

10. NOC for Excavation
